oct/nov

Well thanks to Josh people are not completely in the dark about the goings on around our home for the last several months.  However, my phone is filling up with pics and it is telling me I'm out of storage so it looks as if I had better post to the blog or else lose my pictures forever.  So here's a little recap.

We took a quick trip to McDonald PA for a celebration at the church Josh's family members built back in the 1800's The boys enjoyed watching the Notre Dame game in the hotel

Fall Happenings 2015

We had a very nice fall in Indiana this year, 2015.  The weather has been mild, making for a sweet transition into the coming winter.  We were able to go to Shakamak one last time, as the leaves were peaking in color.  The camper in now winterized, which is kind of a bummer.  We found good pumpkins for carving at Anderson Orchard in Mooresville.  A combination of carving them a little too early and the unusually warm weather created rotted zombie heads out of our Jack o' Lanterns.  The kids got tons of candy on Halloween of course, and I'm not sure about that holiday now that I'm well on the parent side of things, and getting to an age where I need to watch my sugar.  A skate party was had, the benefits went to Abby's Junior Honor Society at Kingsway.  Fort building, homemade applesauce, oversized teddy bears at Costco, first snow, and of course dressing up Heidi dog.  So has gone our Fall thus far.
